Cycliophora?

No, but getting there. Cycliophorans were even more recent than this critter, having been first described from the lips of lobsters in 1995.

Hence my guess DocLobster! I knew the Cycliophora were a recent description, but not the year.

And now, I just googled Cycliophora... and in the wiki page it has a direct reference to the actual answer. I feel like that's cheating, so I'll leave the answer off here for now.
